Shipping - Domestic Orders (within the United States)
We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and as needed USPS Express shipping as our standard shipping service. We do not offer USPS standard parcel post due to the length of delivery time, which may be too long.
Your Package will ship USPS Priority Mail , your pricing at checkout will have the added shipping amount of $7.00 for the cost of this service, additional details below.
USPS Priority Mail: The United States Postal Service offers a Priority Shipping Package service that delivers nationwide (USA only) with an average of 2-3 days. Priority mail packages are delivered Monday thru Saturday only. All orders shipping via Priority mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives safely. Most orders ship within 72 hours, unless they are a special or custom order.
- Items paid with/thru Paypal only ship to the Paypal "confirmed address". A confirmed address is the address where you receive your credit/debit card bill/statement or has been confirmed thru Paypal.
-Because our items are handcrafted it may take a little time to assemble your item if they are not in stock. Orders generally ship within 72 hours upon receipt of order if in stock, 7 to 10 business days if not in stock , except for special/custom orders.
USPS Express Mail:The United States Postal Service offers an Express Option delivered nationwide (USA only) to arrive the next day by 12 noon or 3 PM (some rural areas will be a 2 day delivery using this service). This option must be requested and will incur an up charge for the additional cost of shipping.

I am committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order, detailing the reason for the return to initiate a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges), and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns or exchanges require our authorization. Once an RA# has been issued to you returns must be received by us within 10 business days, otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.
Personalized or custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned for a refund. All returns are at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid up front before the exchanged item (or items) can be shipped. All returned products must be in the original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or an item was faulty due to a fabrication error. Returned Item/Items must be sent via USPS Priority Mail, insured and packaged to prevent damage during the return trip. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item/items saleable.
